Wall mounting black nylon plate with 12 volt socket.
This listing is for a utility box face plate and socket in Black nylon, pre-drilled that accepts the socket shown. The socket is included in this listing. The plate is also available in brushed stainless steel see our other listing. The Mounting hole spacing is standard fro a North American utility box about 3.5″ or 90mm, screws included. Will work with North American, Australian and New Zealand electrical utility boxes.
The socket is marine grade and is weather and UV resistant. The contacts are nickel plated and the socket body is heavy nylon plastic. The socket is vibration resistant, unlike less expensive versions.. The socket is rated for 15 amps at 12 volts. Socket draws no power when not in use so it can’t run your battery down.
Works with any standard cigarette lighter accessory plugs.
